Early Investigation – As soon as we receive notice of a claim or adverse incident, Invivo Medical Liability Analysts begin the process of recording facts and assembling a defence team. We believe that capturing the facts while they are fresh will ensure a better outcome if a claim is filed. A thorough review of records, procedures, and other related information by the defence team will ensure that all documents and relevant facts are preserved.

Legal Expertise – Invivo believes in being selective in the choice of defence counsel. At the first notice of a lawsuit, our staff evaluate case details and select appropriate counsel from some of the most notable, prestigious lawyers in medical indemnity.
